Do you have pics of the cracks because the 6cm 14b housings are notorious for cracks but may still be usable.
The 7cm housing will give better topend potential at the expense of very minimal spool time

Well i dont have pics but i can explain. Basicly its one long crack the starts about 1/4" from the top of the manifold flange goes down and raps around under to the flapper hole it is the only crack, It is about 1/16" wide (little bigger than hairline). My flap shuts very very tight though.

Also you can NOT see it on the outside of the housing.....so it cant be real real deep

A pic would let us know for sure. It is near impossible to find a 14b with some miles that doesnt have cracks in the original turbine housing. As long as they are not too deep they should be fine. Were you going to port the inlet on it and radius to the wastegate?

im not porting i was just wondering there are some 16g 7cm housings on ebay for like $100 so i was thinking about picking up one...but i might just try and see what i have will do.

7cm2 housing is laggier than a 6cm2, absolutely no question about it.
As mentioned already, the crack "may" not make much of a difference in sealing, even
if it at the wastegate. Just run it and see how it performs.
