6bolt swap injectors are not firing

so last night we performed a 6 bolt swap on a 97 gst eclipse. the main mods are fully built motor, dsmlink, 880cc injectors, 190 fuel pump, and full bolt ons. the car turns over and gets fuel pressure but does not have injector fire. i dunno if its something with dsmlink or something that we did not wire up correctly but i cant seem to find the information im looking for. i used the rre wiring harness and its wired in correctly. the cas was working fine on the car the motor was pulled out of (only been parked for 2 months).

any help would be appreciated.

Test the CAS. Remove CAS from the head and manually turn it with your finger while the key is in the ON position. If its working correctly, you will hear the injectors click, if not replace the CAS and test it again.

well i got the injectors to fire but now the car is having a issue starting. it bucks like it wants to start but just doesnt.

does anyone have the start up procedures to dsmlink for a 2g? im a 1g guy and bought my dsmlink used and dont have permition to use the dsmlink forums.

also it might be something to do with the 7bolt starter plate. i couldnt find pics on this site on what to grind away and when i pulled the motor i left the tranny in the car so a test fit was not in place. i grinded where they said to but the starter just doesnt sound right when the motor turns over...

did you swap firing order? If not, do so. The fireing order for the swap is opposite of what it should be.

4-1-2-3 or 3-2-1-4 I dont remember which it was but swap them and see if it starts.

i actually did this before i read your post and the car started right up. i have never seen a car not start because of the firing order being wrong but i guess its possible.
