6bolt or 7bolt

i want to know what can hold more power a 6bolt or a 7bolt both stock, exept mitsu metal head gasket and arp head studs (with soporting mods big turbo,injectors, and fuel computer, eta.) whats the limit for each the 6bolt and 7bolt?

the 6 bolt will take more power that is why 2g guys swap from a 7 to a 6 bolt a simple search will net you a ton of max power for each threads!
