i guess my only question i have right now is, do i REALLY need the 660cc injectors to run my 20G at lets say 20 PSI? im dumping too much fuel and her cylinders load up all the time unless i hammer down on it ever once in a while just to clear'em. That and my gas mileage went to shit after they were put in. Or could i just lower my pressure?

Get your injectors dialed in using link. Sounds to me like they aren't scaled properly.

what sux is the area i live in is a 25-45 mph zone and thats what i mainly drive EVERY day so i don't get much chance to really dial in and see resolts. if you can help me in what area of "global" and fuel to set her at, i would be way thankfull! i guess i just need a basses to go off of. hell i guess im just gonna go back to my original ?. do i really need the 660cc injectors to run that PSI or can i just go back to stock and run just fine? i have the FPR set at 36 (which is stock)

i do thank you guys for the help and yes i did try to dial in my link but what sux is my area is a 25-45 mph zone so i dont get much chance to see the results... but im just wandering if i can run the stock injectors at 20 psi or do i NEED the bigger(660cc) injectors? if anyone can give me a range in fuel and global settings on the link, i would be much appretiated...

Okay guy... Not too sure why you made another identical thread to your last one.. But your question was answered in the last post directly before the same message you just copied and pasted.

My buddy runs 560cc stock EVO 8 on his 20g on 28 psi of boost and his does fine. But he's killing the injectors haha there running at like 95% so I think 660 is a good size

With this mentioned, I would assume that you cannot push your 20g turbo to 20 psi on stock injectors. I would be hard pressed to see you even run a 16g at 20 psi on stock injectors. I don't understand your fascination of running "20 psi." Do you want to just run around telling everyone you run "20 psi's" on your 4g63? (Just for reference, I'm being sarcastic here.........)

Everyone told you in your previous thread that you should just keep the 660s in and correctly configure them. I'm also sure that you were given a link that would help you set everything you need to set to get your car running semi-decently in under 20 minutes.

fuelsettingshelp [ECMTuning - wiki]
baseinjectordata [ECMTuning - wiki]

If these two don't help you, then search google for other threads on tuners to help you figure out how to correctly set your injectors up properly.

Which 660cc injectors are you even running? I'll assume you're running Denso 660's, so here...
Nippon Denso (ND) 660, -31 (Global), 180 (Deadtime)

Obviously you'll have to do minor adjustments to get everything working correctly, but this should get you in the right direction.

And to further note, the base fuel pressure on a 1g is 37 and 42.6 for 2g's..

Just because I'm feeling froggy I'm going to include one more link to help you out:
