650cc Injectors and 120% duty cycle at WOT

I just recently put a 2g maf in my car and 650cc injectors.Now that I can finally do a WOT pull(becuase of boost creep to 23 psi) I am getting 120% duty cycle and I still have up to 23 counts of knock and my afc is set to +25 in high throttle. None of this is making much sense to me so any help would be greatly appriciated. Oh and I have even set my timing to 0 degree's to try and get rid of knock.
 
My fuel pressure is set to 43 psi with the vaccum line off. The fuel pump and the AFPR are almost brand new, they might have 1500 miles on them.

Part of your problem, your a 1g, base pressure is supposed to be 37 psi, 43.5 is for 2g cars.

I verified that my boost was rising both in the driveway and on the road. My timing is set at 0 degrees right now to try and get rid of knock.

Another part of your problem, set your base timing at 5 deg btdc and start from there.
 
My fuel pressure is now set at 37 psi and the reason I have my timing set to 0 is to try and get rid of knock when it boost creeps to 20psi, but I'm still getting alot of knock. Do you think this could just be phantom knock?
 
Yes I did check for boost leaks, but I also figure that a boost leak would make my car run rich, and my afc is set to +25 and its still lean. Dont forget that these are 650cc injectors, why arent they flowing enough fuel for a evo 3 16g.

I know it was running extremely rich because there was a cloud of black smoke behind me and the car would barely run. What do you suggest I do about my fuel pressure? Get a line and run it up to the hood?

OK, your talking in circles. Is it lean or is it rich. We cant even begin giving any advice until you clear this up.
 
Well according to my o2 sensor my car is running lean, becuase its at .85v at wot. But from my experiences working on v8's, I would say the car is running rich. That is why I am thinking about getting it dyno tuned, and becuase I don't have a wideband. I was asking for help based on my logs that I posted above.
 
What kind of 2g maf do you have? Are you sure this is the maf from an eclipse 2g turbo?

I have exactly the same problems as you do and I am also still testing what can be the cause.
I also have EVO 3 turbo, 650cc's, and a 2g maf, mine maf came from a 3.5ltr v6 (pajero), so I am now thinking that this is my problem. I have to put my low settings at + to get good low fuel trims, but my mid and high fueltrims are still 110 and 135 % and at hi throttle + 8 to get rid of knock, but stll the car is not running fine.

What is the make of your AFPR?
