I was hoping for more. It almost seems like you are almost 100whp down.

6262 is bigger than my old 35R. At that boost level I was trapping 111mph in the 1/8th CONSISTENTLY with that 61mm wheel in the hot summer. Trust me, your power is down. Your power shoul around 700fwhp (minimum). Check for boost leaks, check your tune, check your setup (cam timing, fmic heat soak etc.) There is more power to be had.

Ya you have an issue, even free reving it with no 2step your not going to lose 8mph, my holset on 26-7psi trapped 103 and it was a 131-132mph car but in no way was that thing making over 520-530awhp at that boost level.
a 67mm should make into the 800s not just touch 700. Are you on dsmlink? post a log.
If you were on pump gas only i would understand but Meth is a large help. no its not e85 but its a leep from running just pump.
nvm.....
Go ahead, speak your mind Glenn.

Nice passes considering the head gasket issue. I'd be willing to but this was the culprit of the power being a little down. Probably leaking compression on the top end. The slips seem to support this too. On your 101 1/8th pass you went almost 130, yet on the 107 1/8th pass you only went 125.....that pass shoulda been about a 136-138 mph trap. Throw some h11's or l19's in that bad boy and recheck that high load/rpm tune and I'd bet next time will be 135-140traps all day!

but I'll keep everyone updated on what happen, I'll be pulling the head off this weekMy bad. Just got done reading another thread of someone poppin a gasket that had stndard arps and I got em confused. Still my opinion that somethin was going on up top. 107 in the 1/8th is movin and would normally be on the high side of 135 in the 1/4. Hope I can get there myself with my h1c/hx40pro/FP35 hybrid.

there's only 1 other 6262 dsm in the top 100 1/4 mile time n he ran a 10.7
i went 10.7 on street tires with an hx40 so it should be a very capable turbo the 62 im hoping for mid 9s we will see soon good luck fixing it.Yea I totally agree, if I get get rid of my hks 60mm, I'd get a 44mm in a heartbeat!! I feel a 10.2-10.4 in the car once I get it back on the road!there's only 1 other 6262 dsm in the top 100 1/4 mile time n he ran a 10.7
