I am looking at getting the agp60 turbo and it flows I belive 55 pounds of air. I know that this will max out the 2g mass sensor. I already have all the supporting mods except now i have 850 injectors and dsmlink which isnt in my profile. I am trying to find out how fast would I max out the 2g mass sensor and how big of a pain in the as# is it too tune the gm sensor? All so what times are people putting down with this turbo around 20psi?

You can probably max it out, but you will need to make quite a bit of power and tune pretty well to do it.

I know people who have made 400 whp on pump with the 2g MAF; a little more than that on race gas would be possible too.

At 20 psi on a 60-1, you could probably run high 11's, IF the car is set up and optimized.

I have done it. Believe me it is not fun. It cost me 2 forged pistons and 3 months of the race season.

My old setup was a 60 trim garret running 27psi and I was reaching 400g/s of air about about 6400 RPM. your 60-1 will easily max it out. My estimated whp was in the 450 range.

I would recommend you upgrade to dsmlink V2 and get a MAFT. I am setting my MAFT in my upper pipe and leaving all the dials set to zero and doing all my tuning with the dsmlink. I am going to calibrate my stock MAS to the GM MAS so they behave the same. DSMlink V2 has a MAS calibration table that you can modify based on HZ readings (I believe). This will buy you lots of leway. My new turbo has a GT40 compressor wheel which is capable of 65 lbs/min where as my 60 trim I belive was rated at 50. YEAH!!!

I am currently running dsm link v2 but I am wondering if I do all the hack tricks would it help that much and also did you lose that motor just cuz the mass cuttin out or was there something else cuz i have a built motor in mine and im not trying to kill that AT ALL.

at 6200 rpm, the mass reached the max amount of air it could count so the injectors stopped adding fuel because the ecu didn't see any more air coming in. But from 6200-8K I added a ton more air and the car went super lean and I melted two pistons. You learn the hard way. The hacks should work but I went with a MAFT just because I want to know exactly what is coming into my car rather than a guess.
