6-bolt parts?

hey guys. i recently discovered that my 2g has a 1992 engine in it. im guessing it is a 6 bolt swap. anyway...my question is...i know some parts, like the alternator and gaskets and stuff would have to be for that specific engine. but..what about the oil filter? would that be for a 1992 or a 1995? and, if i put a 1995 oil filter on there already (because when i did the oil change i didn't know it was a different motor) what would that do? and the spark plugs-1992 or 95? and is there anything else that i should know about?

I have a 6bolt swap and the oil fiter if from a 1g. 2gs oil filters are a little longer and skinnier, 1gs are wider and shorter. All the spark plugs are the same, just get ngk bpr6es and nothing else.

A good way to find out your oil filter is to give the counter hand at whatever parts store you deal with the part number on the filter. They can usually cross the number with their stock numbers and backsource the application. Works on a lot of parts. bpr6es is good on the plugs.
