6 bolt in a 2g problem

Having a problem with a 6 bolt in a 2g.. I have a RRE cas harness, I swapped pins in the ecu, and I also changed the firing order on the motor ( 4 with 3 and 2 with 1 ). I do have dsmlink and I chose the invert CAS when ordered. The car seems to not want to start.. DO I have to swap the 2 blue wires on harness to coil also, or is that done by changing the wires..

You can either swap the blue wires on the coil or swap plug wires, so no you are fine leaving the blue wires. Are you getting spark from both coils?
