Hey there....re-installing my 16g on a 6 bolt block with a 2g head.

Asked this question somewhat before......but my REAL question is.......does the 6 bolt block have the same water return fitting location as the 7 bolt?

I pulled the water return line off my 7 bolt (there is a brass fitting as well).

However, when i look at the holes on the block for the 6 bolt, it doesn't look like it allows anything to "flow" through...

I appreciate your help!

no the water return line for the turbo is different.

I am running a 6 bolt block with 7 bolt head and ran into the same issue. The 7 bolt return line goes into the water jacket on the block, the 6 bolt has no such fitting.

Go to the parts store and get a 3/8 inch "T". splice into another water return line. It was recommended to me to use the one off of the throttle body. I used the one in front of the engine that goes to the top of the thermostat housing.

Dude...you have no IDEA how thankful I am! I have pics but my damn card reader won't work.

That is EXACTLY what the f-ing problem is!!

No one on my local forums understood or cared what the hell the issue was.

Thanks bro!
