550's 580's or 650's

Hi have been reading around about injectors and tuning them with an safc. Ive already got a walbro 255 and aeromotive fpr installed. I have an safc1 and im looking to oder injectors. Right now i am still on the stock 14b but plan on upgrading to a evo3 16g this summer with a fmic. I will mostlikely be on that setup for a long time might add some 264/272 cams this summer also but thats about it for now. I was wondering what my best bet forinjectors would be. I have heard people say its hard to tune 650s or 660s on an safc but it can be done. I will be useing a datalogger and wideband for tuning so i can get a pretty good tune. I dont plan on running more than 16-18 psi for daily driving and not boosting much but on track days with race gas i would like somewhere around 20-25 psi. I keep going back and forth between 550s and 650s then i found out pte made 580s. I couldnt find really anything on here about the 580s though. The rest of my mods are in my profile. THI for any help.

The PTE 580's are just a Delphi 550cc injector rated at a higher pressure.

Go with the 650's and if you can't get a good tune with the SAFC, then try using a Jeff O. chip with the SAFC.

like 99gst-racer said, go for the 650s, you can tune them to work well plus gives you a little more room for future mods.

EVO 560cc's are perfect for your boost level and kind of fuel. You'll be close to maxing them out w/ the EVO III. You might be able to get them for cheap. also, it's very easy to tune them. good luck.

Go with the 650's and if you can't get a good tune with the SAFC, then try using a Jeff O. chip with the SAFC.

Definitely go with a set of 650s. Although 550s can go a long way, your best bet is run the 650s so your not running your IDC at 100%. I've seen many guys over-run 550s on an Evo3.

I would get 660's, if that what Scott Gray uses on his dsm you should too.
