What hp will 550cc injectors support on a big 16g?

Do you need a datalogger or something to check to see what your injectors were running at?

Any Datalogger will spit out % injector duty cycle. A logger is neccesary when doing any mods to your car (especally fuel mods).

There is a lot of variables which will affect how much power you will be able to run on 550s, it all depends on your efficiency of your tune. If I were you, I'd be going 650s on a big 16g otherwise you will max your injectors way before the turbo! I'm on 650s now running 20psi and running about 70% Duty cycle however its a little rich now as Im running a bit too much timing. however even if you run 550s, make sure you control them with some sort of fuel control and definitely get a logger. If you do decide to get 650s or even 550s, hack your maf to lean it out a bit but you'll still need an a/f controller... you'll also want to retard the base timing a bit because I have found if trying to tune with an safc and much bigger injectors you will get way too much timing because the computer sees such little airflow.

Just a note: 550s at 80% idc flow nearly as much fuel than 650s at 70% idc. Both flow WELL over 300 whp worth at said %IDC.

Don't forget to account for the differences in fuel pressures that injectors are rated at. Most injectors are rated at 43 psi.

Not yet. Im just getting a list of all the mods i want to get.

Injectors were the only thing i was still trying to figure out which i should get.

My goal is 300+whp unless i build it and in that case 450whp conservatively.
