Not sure if this is the right place, I'm not really a new person, just won't let me post in any other part..

Alright, I have a 91 FWD TSi, completely stock and I'm almost ready to start modifying.. I was asked what I wanted for christmas so I'm sure I'll be ready by then..
Anyhow, I know I want to get a 255 Walbro Fuel Pump, and I was told to get the 550cc Injectors too? Would I necessarily be ready for that yet? Aren't they just going to dump more fuel that I'm not even using yet?

i dont think getting 550cc fuel injectors at this point would help you too much since the stock ECU is programmed for the stock injectors. if you got aftermarket injectors, youd probably need a new chip or some type of fuel control.

if youre just starting to make mods, you should start with the intake and filter and the bolt-ons. just my two cents tho.

Thanks guys.. I'm not really looking into this too deeply, just curious..

Lets just say this town I live in, I'm one of the only turbo'd 1g's up and running.. So needless to say, the majority of others don't really know too much.. haha..

Oh.. And the miles, I JUST reached 93k... It will be my DD as long as it remains stock.

it never hurts to get air into, and out of your engine faster.
open up your intake tract and your exhaust.
and +1 for the free mods! you would be surprised what you can do for free to get a few extra :thumb: outa your car.
good luck!

Do the Intake, Exhaust, and get a UICP with a 1g BOV. Hookup a manual boost controller and a boost gauge. Then get a logger to monitor everything. You should be good up to 16 psi with the stock fuel system and intercooler.
