The guide specifies a 14x1.5x10 bolt.

The shortest i can find is a 45mm length.

im pretty sure im gonna have to cut it shorter, i doubt it will thread in. since the origional banjo bolt wont thread in flush.

talking about the banjo bolt on the block for the water return on a 2g.

I got a nut for it too, so when i cut it i can back it off and fix the end.

any ideas.

I would use a tap and dye set myself. If you can cut it pretty staright a tap and dye set will do the trick, making the bolt as good as new.
