I wanted to use my SS oil feed line kit to my turbo, problem is I ordered a 10mm/4an banjo fitting and the thing is FAT. With the crush washers installed using the OEM Banjo bolt..only two threads are exposed to thread into the head:toobad:. Is There a longer bolt than oem, like the one from extreme psi?

I looked at the stock line and about 5-8 threads are exposed with crush washers installed.

Almost just thinking about going to the hardware store and drilling a bolt or seeing if they have any banjo bolts(unlikely?).

Screw it, i made my own.:p you need a 10mmX1.25X1.5" bolt of course. ( i found one in my drawer of dsm parts.) Then i used a 11/64 drill bit for both holes. Clean the holes up with a fine file, cut the bolt to your preffered length , make sure its clean. Get some new crush washers and slam her in. But not too tight!

Took me 1/2 hr.;)

I had the same problem when because the threads were messed up on my head. nice job making the bolt, sometimes you just gotta custom make it.
