I understand original which is good, I was thinking along the lines of "if it works don't fix it." It sounds as if you already have it planned out. Next step would be check out both shops and see what other people have to say about the quality of work they put out. Get yourself some price quotes make your decision on which shop is doing the build then just wait for the phone call that its done.

First off you need to work on getting a car to 300whp before considering 500whp IMO. Or start doing a LOT more research.

620 whp wtf is done to that Integra??? and WHY???? 620 whp or not at the end of the day your still riding in an Integra. OP I would start off slow, especially if you have never done anything like this. And whatever you do DONT rush through and take shortcuts to finish b4 summer. Do it once, do it right, or do it again.
