50 trim fan issues

I am using a Turbonetics to4e 50 trim and when I go to bolt it up its about 1/2" away from the fans, probably gonna cause melting/fire....any solutions? Also, the 1g radiator house runs right into my manifold from the radiator. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Heat shield the turbine housing. Are you using stock fans? I'm pretty sure it won't fit with stock fans. My 50 trim didn't and I have the same compressor housing as yours. Get a slim fan. Two if you can afford it and if you're not mounting an external WG to the O2 housing.

Thanks, I have 1 stock fan and 1 slim fan, and no I should be fine because im running my external wastegate from the manifold. Thanks again

I second crimsondragon's advice. It will clear just fine with another slim fan.
