Hi, I have 99 Eclipse 420A Non Turbo and recently did a 5 speed conversion from an Automatic. I followed several guides to do the swap and after following the directions carefully the car would not start. We tried by-passing the safety neutral switch, checked the fuses and grounds, and checked all the connections. The car won't start like the clutch isn't pushed in hence we by passed the safety neutral switch but still a no go. The car won't turn over nothing. Just dead silence. All the electronics work and lights just the car does not start. I've checked several threads but all the problems solved in those threads haven't helped much. Hoping someone with or had a similar problem can give some input on this. Trying again by going through all the steps again tomorrow but thought I'd post in case someone has an idea. Thanks in advance! :thumb:

its going to be your starter interlock switch. i by passed mine by installing a push button start. i installed mine with a relay using the acc wire that way you still have to have the key to start the car
