i have a 7 bolt 4g64 block with a 63 head
im looking for a greddy timing belt do they make any?

also im running stock cams right now would it make a big difference if i got some 272 cams or what would be my best cams for this motor?

if i got some 272 cams would i need to get adjustable cam gears? i know im running the 4g64 cam gears on my 63 head in order to get the timing correct

You won't need adj cam gears but you will want some to degree the cams. also, i believe you can use the 4g63 timing belt.

i bought the car blown up and never replaced the timing belt since it was practically new so i didnt know if it was the 4g64 belt or the 4g63

id prefer a kevlar one over an oem one and i dont get how i can use either one
oem is 163 tooth
4g64 is 164 tooth

With the taller deck height of the 2.4 block you will need the 2.4 belt and cam pulleys. You can use adjustable gears also, but you will have to degree the cams to get it right.

k thats what i have currently is the 4g64 belt and the 4g64 cams
if im timing it with those items i just need to time it like i would a 4g63 right?

so any update on this ?

just wondering which belt i need to buy
its a 4g64 block
4g63 head with 4g64 cam gears
just wondering if i can use the 4g63 belt or have to use a 4g64
and where to purchase this belt ? a link would be nice
