I do a little research and I find out that the Stock bore of a 4G63 is 3.347" (85.0mm), I go to my part shop and they have this piston that are similar to the OEM everyone know that the OEM piston from 95 and up 4g63 can handle a lot of boost and like 450whp, the point is that I am making building a 4g64 block, 4G64 stock bore is 3.4055" 86.5mm. When you take a 4g63 and you bore the block to 60 the piston that you need to buy to fit the bore block (60) have a size of 86.5mm that is the same that have the stock 4g64 bore, The question is possible to use Piston of a 4g63 (86.5 mm, 060-bore) in a 4g64 std block? This kind of piston that they sell in my home town part shop are very cheap compare to Ross or Wisecos piston and I run my OEM 4g63 Piston to 23 pound off boost with out any problem
Thx

You have to check how far down the wrist pin is .Just the same bore doesn't matter. When you use a 4g64 crank in a 4g63, the stroker pistons have the wrist pin moved closer to the top of the piston. This brings the piston down into the block.Just buy a set of turbo 4g64 pistons.
