4g63t rebuild price?

Hi there everyone, yes im a noob to the sit but have been with homemadeturbo.com for quiet some time now. I have two really quick qustions, the first is how do i identify the differnce in engine codes (on the block) ex. 4g63 vs. 4g63t? i need to make sure the one in my car is the turbo version and about how much do you think it will run me to have my motor rebuilt, i have low compression and some bad seals. any help you guys can provide will be awesome thanks!

English racing built my car, you can see it on their website. its the 1994 (they call it a 1992) honda civic with the 4g63t swap.
