2G 420A Voltage issue maybe

Car runs and drives at 13.4v might go to 13.5/13.6 once or twice will also idle at 13.3/13.4v Under load at 4000rpm it stays at 13.4 volts.
When i turn my rad fans on i see slight drop to like 12.7 then it shoots right back up to 13.4. My 13.4v why driving is with rad fans on headlights on radio is playing.
Buddy oh mine seems to think this should be high voltage atleast in the 13.8 to 14.2 area.
Im not sure about this at all so any insight will be helpful to me.
Car is a 1999 mitsubishi elcipse gs 420a (is turboed) piggy backed ms3 also

It’s pretty normal. These cars don’t have the best electrical systems unfortunately

It should be atleast 13.8 or higher. How is voltage during a pull? My car is like 14.2-14.6 with lights and fans.

during a pull at 75% throttle 4000 rpm it stays at 13.4 maybe goes to .5 or .6 but its consiestantly on 13.4 for the main part of it

As long as its not running lower than Injector voltages.
I will say when I replaced all my grounds, My voltage went up by .6.

ill look into my grounds i did repaint the engine bay and some threads has some rust in them tho i did my best to clean them , durning datalogging i dont see my injectors having anyissues or going lean up top in rpms

Looks like your injectors will be fine much lower.
Yeah sand bare before the screw, and extra credit for dielectric grease. make sure you have all your engine grounds as well. Its huge, I was missing a few haha

The only engine grounds that im aware of is the ground strap to intake to chassis and the ground that connects to the trans

Battery to trans, firewall to manifold, battery to body.
I dont know 420 cars. if they have a switch on the Throttle body like 4g I would add one to the TB.
adding one from battery to alt bracket is helpful as well

Yes i do have manifold to firewall
Battery to chassis - chassis to trans or somthing in that order
