I got a set of valve stem seals for a 4g63 (when I had a turbo dsm) and I was wanting to know if they will fit the 420a?

I can't see any reason why they would be the same, but you could look up the part numbers for both on rockauto.com.

No the 4g use a metal clad style with a spring seat insert, the 420a use a "top hat " style
the OD of the guides are also diffrent between the 420a and the 4g
