420a Valve Cover Gasket

I have one small question. I just bought me a valve cover gasket with the plug rings and other rings that I dont know where they go this is a pic of the valve cover <a href="http://photobucket.com" target="_blank"><img src="http://i37.photobucket.com/albums/e65/pleaseletmeinn/vcg400001.jpg" border="0" alt="Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket"></a> I just want to know where the 8 Black rings go?

They go around the bolts that secure the valve cover to the head.
