420a Upgrades: Anyone expereinced?

I have a nice nt 1995 eclipse that I love to death. It was recently repainted lambo yellow with black carbonfiber hood, lambo doors, and lots of cosmetic work. I want to upgrade the engine now. I will NOT swap to the 4g63 engine and I am going to turbo this engine in the future with a nice HW Garrett. As for now it will remain turboless, but I want to upgrade the head internals anyways. I was planning on getting comp cams, rocker arms and springs. Can I run these head internals without a turbo? I want more power, but I want to be able to move to the turbo later down the road. Any ideas or suggestions?

I used to be big in the neon scene and the 420a is the same motor we used springs,lifters and rocker arms out of the srt4 motors they were build alot better and will hold up very well. Also I'm not 100% sure but could you not use a turbo setup off of the srt 4 if you can, its possible to build a jy turbo kit for around 800 or so
