Hey everyone Newby here.
Ok this may or may not have been answered before, but after doing alot of searching I havent found anything to answer my problem.
I have been planning to rebuild my 420a for the last 2 years and go full turbo, and as of today I have just about all the parts that I can see that are needed minus a good set of cams( Crower st 2 Regrind).
Forged pistons and rods
Crower valve springs and retainers
OBX cam gears
OBX oil pan
Shaved valve cover
full arp stud kit
full gasket rebuild kit
T3 turbo
generic wastegate
GReddy type rs Bov
Full Intercooler kit including piping(Have and extra Piping kit)
Turbo manifold
Full 2.5 Stainless catback exaust
Stainless valves
Underdrive pully
Oil relocation kit with cooler
High volume oil pump
Vortec fmu (12:1)
Missing Link
Oil lines
Stage 3 Cluch kit
Findanza Flywheel
And a few more I can't think of right now.
What I don't have yet.
SBC rockers
SBC Lifters
Crower St2 Cams
Downpipe
Obx Intake Manifold Ported to 60mm
60MM tb
255 fuel pump
Full turbo downpipe(5 bolt)
Machinework(estimated at about 700) Getting done this week.
So my First question on the because I am a newby to turbo but not to building an engine, what is the best vacuum routing and connection to connection for the vacuum. Keep in mind I do have a vacuum block with 5 vacuum ports.
Because I've spent well over 6000$ (still not done) and I don't feel like watching it blow up. So any help Would be very welcome(Detailed pics or diagrams very helpful).
Second If any one has Or can fabricate a full stainless steel 2.5in downpipe complete with 5 bolt flanges and output flange plus o2 bung. I would gladly buy.
Ultimatly I'm trying to base my build of of this eclipse--http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2536692/1999-mitsubishi-eclipse-rs-coupe-2d
