Im going to be pushing around 400hp at 20psi with the a stock TB bored out to 55mm. Just wanted to go bigger LOL

nothing wrong with wanting bigger, just look for a jeep Tb (60mm) or the MPx, or even go bigger to the 65mm Mustang TB, but the one you linked looks way bigger than 65mm

I had a 60mm jeeb throttle body on my turbo 420a, and it really made a difference. Just make sure you port your IM. If you don't you won't gain anything.

I have seen numerous posts about using Jeep throttle bodies, but not mustangs, didn't know you could use those. Now what years on the Jeeps and Mustangs can you use the throttle bodies from?

Jeep throttle bodies can come off of a 90's jeep with a 4.0L engine. I got mine off of an early cherokee at a junk yard for 30 bucks and modified it as per the write up.

Iirc the mustang throttle body is not a direct bolt on application, I think you need ms to run that throttle body.

I'm not 100% sure on the mustang TB, I just know Mark Bullet recently switched to one and saw a gain, granted his engine is extremely built up and I would expect most NA members to lose HP with it, although I would imagine a boosted member to be perfectly fine.

I found this information from Mark in another thread reguarding his mustang throttle body.

Not direct. Its got a few things to deal with. I'm running Squirt so I don't deal with any idle control. The 65mm hole would be really tough to do on the stock intake neck. I doubt you would be able to hit it just right (the extra material machined out of the neck) without cutting through the neck. but I was able to use the same "stock position" holes on my AMM intake. I just had to round out, and grind down the exterior of the throttle body housing where the bolts go. I used allen head bolts. I still use the stock throttle cable though. And with this particular throttle body, the 'pull" was in the proper direction.
