is this swap possible and if so has anyone ever done it? i need alittle help here... im buying a 99 eclipse gs with over 10k in mods from a friend but the down side is its motor is shot... and i was thinking of making it a one of a kind because i can purchase an engine with 20k miles for a 2000 gs for $500.00 from a nearby jdm dealer..:dsm: :dsm:

A hooked up 420A is still a rare find. You may see alot on the forums, but we are from all over the world. You will be hard pressed to call a 420A-T a common find. If you have TONS of money to pour into the 4g64 than go for it, but I raced my friends spyder, we were both stock at the time, I won. I love my 420A.

if your a master fabricator and love getting your hands dirty then go for it... i know i would like to see it done. But if your like me and most of the other people on this site, then stick with the 420A and save yourself alot of headaches (and money!)

This thread is about as pointless as the standard "should I swap my 420A for a 4G63?" thread; do some searching and decide yourself.
