420A 420a no spark has fuel

I tryed to search but couldn't find what I was lOoking for. I have a 97 rs I just put a motor in. All the sensors are pluged in and belts are on. Cranks fine but won't start. I rented a fuel pressure tester and around 50 psi in the fuel rail while I crank it. I hooked up a spark tester. I get no spark to my plugs I switched. coils off another eclipse and still no power. Brand new crank and cam sensors might have black rtv on cam don't no if it hurts. My asd relay and fuel pump relay click while the battery is connected. No enige codes. Is my asd relay bad if not Va. Some one point me in the right direction. Hope I was clear if u need to know. Anything just ask. Its not original motor.

With key on check if you have +12V on the ASD black-red and red-black wires. If not check if the red-white is 0V (that turns relay on).
