2G 420a no radio or interior lights. Where does this go?

I'm getting my 97 GS back in shape and trying to get everything as close to functional as I can before taking it to a pro.
Currently I have no radio or interior lights working and was hoping this was the culprit. I just cant find anything nearby that would connect to this connector. A few years ago the engine was replaced ant that's when the electrical problems started. The car was put away shortly after and this wasn't a priority. Ideally I could ask the mechanic about this but since its been a few years I no longer have his info.
Any info on this would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

it B-73 in this diagram. it might be easier to find if you unbolt the junction/fuse box

Awesome thanks! I have a feeling the other end is tucked away under the dash or behind the box. I just wanted to make sure it actually was supposed to go somewhere.

That connector probably plugs into the back of the ETACS/fuse box.
