2G 2gNT VSS Locking electrical connections

any tips on undoing the lock on this harness? It's for the speedometer on a 420a. I can barely get my hand down there and we all know how sticky connectors can get.
If I cant undo it maybe I can take the bolt out bring the entire piece up without undoing the connection?

These are great for hard/hard to reach connectors. Just don’t go ham and break the connector.

I actually have a pair of those just not sure how it help undoing the lock, I can get the connector off one the lock is slid open but that's a pain in the ass

Oh I didn’t see the red lock. Can you get a pick in there? That’s a mopar thing and they slid off pretty easy. Or bend a small flat pocket screw driver like a mini pry bar.

Didnt think about a pick I might have pick one up

Yeah. Just pull the red tab to the left. Shouldn’t take too much effort.
