hello group my 420a motor non turbo what is that silver pully behind the harmonic balancer and can i buy a replacement part?

You'll need a small bolt type pulley/wheel puller. If it doesn't come with M6 bolts you can always grab a couple from the hardware store. Your local parts store probably rents small pullers if you don't want to buy one.

You have to remove the timing belt to remove this pulley and re-time the engine once you put it back on just FYI. 420a is an interference motor so if its not timed properly valve damage will occur.
