3rd gear surging auto trany..?

I know the end clutches affect the OD on tha uto. It surges as well at low rpms but do the end clutches also affect the other gears? Thanx TTY

When I am crusing at around 2000 rpm it will surge a little up to 2200 or so and then back down with in a few seconds. It will do the same thing in OD at low RPMS... TTY
