I could not find any info on this issue but I believe reading somewhere that the two have a different spline count. Can anybody confirm or deny this as a fact? I have been entertaining the idea of swapping a set 3KGT VR4 knucles on a 1g in order to gain the 4 pots brake setup and bolted hub setup. I am aware of the change in steering ratio due to the different length of tie rod connecting arm on the knuckle and possibly different offset and tie rod angle, just trying to gather as much information as possible in order to evaluate different options in brakes setup.

I have a 2g vr4 and a 1g talon. Why go with the hubs? Just for better breaks? I like the upgrade you can do with 1g and standard hubs.
