Hey guys, I did this Mod 3 Months ago and till now, this is holding on.
I didn't want to share it before because I didn't even know how it was going to come up.
Now 3 months later it still holding like a chap,, So I think it's time to share it.
First of all,
I cut off one nipple of the 2g reservoir and left a little meet around the nipple.
Then I drill a hole on the 3g reservoir,
I then heat up the 2g nipple and the 3g reservoir (around the hole area) and put the nipple on the reservoir, while the plastic was melted, I used a tool to smooth the nipple (meet around the nipple) against the 3g reservoir (around the hole area).
Here are some pics of the process.
Like you see on the pics, it blend very well.
I let it dry and tested to see if it will hold, I try to take the nipple off the reservoir adding force with my hands and this them thing didn't moved at all, I can even see the rest of the reservoir to bend instead the nipple to come off.
So like always, (Better save then sorry), I bought some Flexible Epoxy to add to it,. this is not meant to help the nipple to hold on place, This is to prevent any leaks (IF there were).
Here is a pic of the product.
Here is how it looks with the Epoxy.
Final Look installed.
And here is how my Engine bay looks with out the Clutch Reservoir.
ENJOY
