3000 bucks, What would you do?

Hey guys I have 3000 dollers to spend on my laser awd and I would like to run well into the 12s on pump gas. What combo's would you do. If you guys could make a list of parts that could get me there reliably, That would be awsome.

ported o2 or tubular o2(ported = free) or tubular $343.80

ACT Fly $241.50 on SBR
