$30 for Turbo

found a guy selling a Turbo for 30 bucks might need some rebuilding but can you help a brother out,i know its from a Mitsu,but can't tell what kind here are the pixs i took of it

after looking at the pixs i see 12A, i looked it up as a search and saw it might be off a Starion, i see alot of ppl say it sucks, is it still better then my T-25, or can i do something with it, will it fit my 96 GS-T or can i mod it to fit my GS-T, i saw that a couple of guys talk about putting 16g something on there,i don't know what that means, i am new to the Turbo thing,and just trying to get some info, is it alot of $$$$ to do some like the 16g something?

Looks like a weird inlet with a 6cm exhaust housing. For $30, ok, for $30 and needing a rebuild, bleh. I'll sell you my small 16g for $200 and it's guaranteed to work. Nickel and diming on a 16g or smaller just isn't worth the bother. May as well get a 14b for 150.

If you're new to the turbo thing, trying to modify a crappy turbo to make it fit to save 50 or 100 bucks is not the best way to do things. I can appreciate people saving a buck on other kinds of turbos, but not on anything resembling a 14b or 16g.

i got a 14b for $20 no shaft play, the only thing that is wrong with it, is that it needed a new Wastegate Acuator, which was $12 shipped from Ebay.

Correct. TC05-12A-8CM^2, off of an 82-86 2.6L Starion/Conquest.

Buy it, put it on Ebay, Sell it to some guy with a honda doing a custom turbo set up for atleast 100$, then buy something better ebay is your friend
