I’ve look all over the place, I cant figure out where these 3 wires that are tied into the fuse box go? I took my harness apart and rewired the wires 5 years ago now im lost.

If I had to take a guess id say this go's to the ALT?

I think the Blue dot wire connects to the Batt ??And the Red dot wire connects to the Batt as accessory or it a starter wire? ( Red dot wire has a smaller wire tied into it that gos to a 20A COND. Fan)

Fairly large white wires are going to the alternator and battery positive. Two of the white wires go to alternator, rest of white wires go to the battery positive. Whatever is attached to the 100A fuse (known as fusible link btw) are the two wires going to the alternator output "B" terminal.

On the alternator, there is a nut holding on white wires. There will be two white wires tired into the one ring terminal. IIRC, they are 4 gauge size wires. They both run into the junction box and bolted to that 100a fusible link.
