3" Punishment Racing O2????? Please give input

So i found a guy on craigslist who has a "Brand New" 3" punishment racing recirculated O2 housing. Now i cant find anything online that even says anything about punishment racing having a 3" O2 housing. Does this guy sound legit? Im going to get it tomorrow morning if it is.

I've never seen one. I just bought their 2.5 stainless o2 flanged for the Tial and it came with a dump-tube. Perfect fitment and the dump-tube exits perfect. Make sure whatever you do, buy a legit one. You'll be happy.

Yep, i've only seen the 2.5" ones. I used two of their mild steel housings and always great fit and last forever.
