My intake manifold gasket was destroyed, couldnt even build boost, swapped with a machv metal one, builds boost and holds just fine and starts right up but it idles at 3600-4k , i have the biss screw all the way down, and everything is plugged in. i checked the throttle cable and its not caught on anything.

BOOST LEAK TEST time. it sounds like you have an intake air leak, possibly at the new gasket. did you 100% completely clean off the old gasket on the head and manifold? did you use RTV sealant on both sides of the gasket?

Yeah I scraped off the old gasket no rtv though as it was a metal gasket, I did a boost leak test whuch no conclusive results I'm on the stock bcs and it held 7 pounds and no hissing noises or bubbles
