2nd gear grind high rpm

i just started noticing my car grinds going into 2nd at high rpms. if i drive normal thru 1st shifts fine into 2nd. but once i get on it in 1st n go to hit 2nd it grinds and some times wont go in until i let the rpms go down. any ideas what this could be

possibly be just a bad trans or your trans is going out? how long has it been since you had a transmission fluid flush?

A bad syncro or the clutch ins't disengaging completely.
