2G 2k Rev limiter limp mode

Hey guys! This is my first post on this forum, so let's get right to it. I was driving home from class last night, and while merging out of nowhere I lose all power. I pull over and my car is barely idling. I restart it with no luck. my car is limited to 2k rpm now regardless of gear, and the factory boost gauge is reading boost (and seeing as it spools around 2500 this obviously isn't too possible)

tl:dr 2k rpm Rev limiter, not idling, and my oem boost gauge is making stuff up

Check for boost leaks, verify mechanical timing and that the belt hasn't slipped, compression test.

Sounds like a big boost leak, my car acted the same when my cheap pcv hose disintegrated on a long drive.

ThunderChild outlet of intercooler popped out, thank you so much!! I checked all fuses and my ecu, and it's something that simple!
