I took off the cap to my coolant reservoir and I think I popped this tube out I don't know where it goes into

It doesn't go anywhere. It's an overflow. That's also a coolant overflow not a fuel reservoir.

If I’m not mistaken bro that hose is over flow it exists just to let the excess run out of the pressure builds up and coolant starts to spew
