420A 2gen 95 eclipse 420a non turbo header.

Hate to ask a question thats been up a million times but my header is cracked, needs to be replaced, i dunno what im lookin for at all.

I bought this car as a fixer to learn as i go, it been goin good, got it back up to stock basically, but im at a dead end here. Im lookin to start at a new air intake, replace the header and exaust, but dunno ### specs or brands r worth lookin for. Its my day to day, "up to a red light and rev" car and it needs to b durable but efficient.

I went on a hunt and searched, but no1 was talkin brand, and im fully admittin im a car noob, i dunno wats interchangeable and every1 i found was talkin diff years or make/model, helps appriciated gtbread77

thats because their is not much differences between name brand and knock off when it comes to HP gained. well for are cars anyways

for headers and intake pipe all 1995-1999 GS,RS,AVENGER 2.0L, will work

Oic, big issue is it my first car, only one ive worked on and ive sunk 3 grand into it already, dont wanna put a wrong part in nd ruin my engine or sumthin .

Make sure your cat back exhaust is the same diameter as the one i chose from ebay. or you'll be goin to a exhaust shop$$$

i would recommend the BBP set up thats what i got for my 95 rs 420-A and its lasting nicely you and it comes with the removable silencer it wa quiet at first but got louder did not sound ricey tho. and as for the intake get whatever you like just i wouldn't go with a short ram it wont do you much good and set it up to run 2 filters i did the same with mine and it made a huge difference .

Im sure there is a megan header for the 420a. Get one and call it a day. Theres always pros and con on everything.

I have the BBP header and I like it a lot. Bolts up to the stock cat without any issues.
