Just delivered from Indiana

After a much needed bath.

She’s been sitting for a while so I drove her around until she got super hungry. She had some nice fresh corn for lunch.

Love the color. If you want to get rid of the bumper sag under the headlights check out boosted fabrication. He has some brackets that he makes for this.

Front seats will be replaced by some lightweight racing seats.

Hit the scales the scales to see what she weighs.

This is with me in it, and I weigh 185lbs. So she came in at a whopping 3115lbs

So I decided to put her on a diet.

She still needs some cleaning up.

The brakes were rusted and they were sticking so I decided to replace all four calipers, D/S Powerstop rotors, and Powerstop ceramic pads and some DOT 4 fluid.

Put in a short throw shifter that also reduced the size of the shifter height as well.

Holy rusted strut towers Batman....might wanna address that sooner rather than later. Wouldn't wanna put a ton into this car if the shell is beyond help. Or if you can fab new strut mounts, then tube frame the front, save weight and make room for more go-fast.

She’s named the substitute for a reason, I got her because she came with a built motor and tranny. As soon as my 1g is done, everything will get swapped out and she will be recycled for metal.
