2g wont idle right

Ok I just got my dsm and it has a JMF race intake manifold that deletes the IAC and it has 1G thottle body installed. When its cold or first start of the day, If you dont keep revving it or keep the idle high. It will die if you dont But once it warms up it will run and idle fine forever?? Does this have to do with the IAC and if it does should I dill and install it in the JMF manifold Or I do have DSMlink v2 and a eprom ecu. Can I have a tuner fix the idle issue that way? Thanks for any input..

i think you can at least lessen the problem with dsmlink. not sure about v2 tho..

Yeah idk but i'm kinda thinking one of my problems could be that the TPS isnt set right?? Does anyone know what the volts are suppose to be for idle and wot on the tps.. I'll search to for this answer till someone can answer it.

Well after doing some searching its my MAP sensor thats not hooked up not the IAC. The IAC isnt even on the Intake manifold its on the TB ... I think not having the MAP even on the car and unplugged could be my idle problem but I'm still trying to find out any help would be nice

- inproperly set tps would affect idle. i would start by checking to see if the closed throttle switch integrated into the tps on a 2g is working properly.
-map sensor shouldn't affect the idle

tps volts at wot should be a little under 5v. and closed right around .5v

The so called MAP on the eclipse is actually a MDP sensor...Only task is to check egr function. TPS voltage is usually around 4.8v at WOT and maybe 0- .1 V at idle...do you get any CEL's?

No CEL light but it has dsmlink so who knows what they have disabled. Damn I was really hoping it was the MAP or (MDP) but if it just checks the egr that isnt it. I dont even have a egr anymore.. Well I'll try to set it and see if it gets any better. Thanks guys.
