Resolved 2G What is this connector on the coolant reservoir on my 95 eclipse gsx?

What is this connector for? It hooks onto the coolant reservoir. There's brown stuff in the connector I thought it was dirt or something but it's like some type of grease

Only 1Gs and 1995 models had them. Yes, for coolant level.

It likely has dielectric grease in the connector to keep the terminals from corroding since it isn’t sealed. Very common on these cars.
