2G Turbo Setup

I want to build my own setup cause im poor. Would anybody here know how to build your own turbo kit? Like all the specs on pipe sizes, what is needed, where I can find the parts, etc... A do-it yourself manual or something. I have a 1999 2G Eclipse GS.
