2g Tranny Motor Mount replacement

Yesterday while working on my car I figured I would put in the remaining prothane mount in the car, but I was not able to remove the motor mount. So I gave up, I was about 1/4" short of getting it out. I loosened the timing belt motor mount, Removed the bolt from the front roll stop, and the tranny mount was totally undone but unable to get the additional clearance I needed.

Is there any other way to get this out with the tranny still in the car? The bolt that was giving me a hassle was the one closest to the passenger side, towards the front.

You shouldn't need to loosen the motor mount on the timing belt side to do the trans mount. If you lower the trans end on the motor abit it will give you enough clearance to pull the mount out. You will probably have to take out the front & rear torque mounts and maybe the trans cross member.
