2g rear evo brakes

i know that the early 95 2gs has vented rear brakes from the evo 3s, but what i wanted to know is if anybody knows between what production date they had them, i was hoping to find a set at the local junkyards

I have a 95 gst I have never heard this. What is the difference in the brakes?

Yo luvmygst, you live at Radford or are going there? You should meet up with a very good friend of mine that has the 99 Eclipse White GS-T that also goes there. I visit him every now and then and he comes visit me a lot.

the difference is the early 95 models( im not sure if its just gsx or not) come wiht vented rear rotors and with better calipers

I think the cut off date for the vented rear rotors for the 2g cars was NOV 94, so if your production date is latter then that you have solid rear rotors.
